Coby’s essential credit crunch shopping list:
1. Short grain brown rice
2. Rye bread/ whole-wheat bread
3. Water
4. Porridge
5. Vegetables/fruit/salad
6.Proteins: Chicken, fish, cheese or tofu for vegetarians – only organic
7. Quinoa – a complete protein and alternative to rice
8. Mixed beans, as a filler in salads
9. Whole-wheat pasta
10. Omega 3,6 and 9, essential oils. Found in oily fish or as a supplement.
