Seconds Out

Seconds Out is Channel M's weekly boxing show focusing on all aspects of the sport from the professionals, to the amateurs and the juniors.

We feature the region's top names such as Ricky Hatton, Steve Foster, Jamie Moore and Mike Jennings; plus there's action from fight nights involving Greater Manchester's biggest Amateur clubs.

We'll also be speaking to former greats, celebrity boxing fans,  as well as looking at some of  the sport's rising stars.

Andy 'Barney' McHugh

My first jobs in TV were playing minor roles in sketches for BBC’s ‘The Sunday Show’ and Channel 5’s ‘The Jack Docherty Show’, dating back to 1997. In 1998, the first football channel, MUTV, was launched. My real passion is acting, and I’ve written and directed my own plays. I first worked for Channel M on a football show in 2003. It’s amazing how much it has grown since then.
