Meet the presenters
byron.evans@channelm.co.uk
Byron has been with Channel M since the beginning. Legend has it he came as free gift after the purchase of the channel's first cameras. Before becoming the anchor man on the Breakfast Show Byron was the entertainment presenter. Byron is cheeky, flippant and has to be regularly put in his place by his co – presenter Nikki Dean.
nikki.dean@channelm.co.uk
Nikki has always loved talking, so much so that she invented her own language as a nipper and no-one has been able to shut her up since. As a kid Nikki wanted to join the 'Goonies' but struggled to track down Chunk and the gang and so turned her attention to Presenting, getting some early experience in by writing and reading her own news bulletins with her younger sister and recording them onto a cassette! Nikki joined Channel M in February 2007, mustling onto the comfy Breakfast sofa in the Summer of 2007. Her favourite part of the job is meeting all kinds of interesting people and just having a good laugh with the Brekkie Team.
michelle.eagleton@channelm.co.uk
Michelle casts her 'eagle' eye over Greater Manchester's roads and motorways, with updates every 30 minutes. As our resident weathergirl, she tries to brighten up your morning with a smile, even when it's raining! A huge soap fan and self-confessed telly addict, Michelle is always ready to share a good bit of gossip on the sofa with Nikki and Byron and loves working in her hometown of Manchester.

BOXING has immense value, it teaches you to never lose your temper, that fear lies in the heart and that skill will always overcome might.Sport does not build character, it reveals it. I'm Mike Bradley, and when I lose at sport I take it like a man - I only cry for ten hours.
james.webster@channelm.co.uk
James grew up on what he's now told is the wrong side of the Pennines and moved to Manchester when he joined Channel M in 2008. His broadcasting career began at a department store when he was never very far from thes shop's tannoy. He's since swapped reading out special offers for reading the news and now keeps Greater Manchester up to date with all the latest headlines through the morning and at lunchtime. He's recently admitted that he used to be in the church choir, likes morris dancing and is a big fan of S Club 7.
